Please find below, details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred in the last 24 hours, in the Westbury, Warminster, Tisbury and Mere areas. 

Crime - Theft 16/02/2017 10:02   HIGH STREET, CHAPMANSLADE, WESTBURY – At 1000hours on 16th February, two females and one male were seen removing goods and metal from the side of a property and putting it into a blue van.  
Crime - Theft 16/02/2017 11:46   EDWARD STREET, WESTBURY -  Between 1000hours and 1145hours on 16th February a male has stolen a purse containing bank cards from the reporting persons handbag whilst she was shopping.  
Crime – Arson and Criminal Damage 16/02/2017 17:37   ALL SAINTS CHURCH, CHURCH LANE, WESTBURY – At 1700hours on 16th February, youths were sighted causing damage to the metal mesh protecting the stained glass windows of the church.  
In relation to the second incident, please can you all be aware of anyone you don’t know attempting to engage you in conversation whilst you are shopping – they may be trying to distract your attention. 
ALWAYS keep your bag closed. 
If you would like to obtain a purse chain that attaches your purse to your bag then please get in touch with me or any of your local PCSO’s.
