Please find below a summary of local crimes which have been reported since Monday 24th July (Please note this is a summary, it is not possible to list all crimes due to confidentiality issues e.g. some violent offences or for domestic disputes).
24/07/17 – Theft – Cheesemarket – bag stolen – see below witness appeal
25/07/17 – Theft (o/night) – Telford Rd, Churchfields – offender removed and stole 3 x diesel particulate filters from vehicles
25/07/17 – Burglary (prior to 11-45pm) – Queen Mary Rd – offender entered insecure shed and stole electric chainsaw and food from freezer
26/07/17 – Theft x 2 – (o/night) – Premier Inn, Bishopdown – offender forced entry to 2 vans and made search, nothing stolen.
Alderbury community area
No crimes to report in this period
Wilton community area
25/07/17 – Criminal Damage (over 3 day period) – Dinton – offender caused damage to play equipment at recreation ground
27/07/17 – Theft (o/night) – Randalls Croft Rd – offender stole plant and pot from front garden

Witness appeal – Theft of bag from city centre
Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a theft of a handbag in the centre of Salisbury took place on Monday 24th July 2017.
The theft of a blue denim handbag took place between 11:00 and 12:00 from a bench in the Cheese Market area.
