Did you witness collision in Wilsford

A collision occurred in Wilsford, Amesbury, yesterday (31 July) and we are appealing for witnesses.

At approximately 2.30pm, we were called to the collision involving a Ford Fusion and a cyclist.

Both the car and the cyclist were travelling from Wilsford cum Lake towards West Amesbury when the collision occurred.

The cyclist, a 36-year-old man, sustained serious spine injuries and was taken to Salisbury District Hospital.

PC Jonathan Brunt would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident who was not spoken to by police at the scene.
