Wiltshire South (Salisbury) Community Policing Team – Crime summary 

 

Crimes will be listed by location under the headings of Salisbury, Alderbury (area traditionally policed from Alderbury Police Stn) and Wilton (area traditionally policed from Wilton Police Stn). 

Please find below a summary of local crimes which have been reported since Sat 2nd September (Please note this is a summary, it is not possible to list all crimes due to confidentiality issues e.g. some violent offences or for domestic disputes).

 

Salisbury

 

02/09/17 – Theft (between 6-15pm & 8-15pm) – Cathedral Close – offender cut securing rope and stole green Dawes ‘Street Scene’ hybrid bike

 

03/09/17 – Burglary (over 2 week period) – Cornwall Road - offender smashed glass panel of rear patio door and gained entry whilst owner was away on holiday. Details of stolen items not yet known

 

04/09/17 – Theft (between 9am-9.15am) – McDonalds, Winchester St – offender stole gold Iphone 6 which had been left charging by owner – CCTV enqs ongoing

 

Alderbury community area

 

No crimes to report in this period

 

Wilton community area

 

01/09/17 – Criminal Damage (overnight) – Broadchalke – offender caused damage to tyres and window of parked car

 

03/09/17 – Theft (approx. 9-15am) – Warminster Rd, Wilton – offender stole toolbox and tools whilst tradesman was working at flats
