Please find below details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred since Friday in the Westbury, Warminster, Tisbury and Mere areas :


Transport - Road related offence

A36, WARMINSTER - Disqualified driver stopped and arrested.


Jason WILLIAMS, 32 year old male from an address in Upton Scudamore has been charged with Driving whilst Disqualified and No Insurance, and has been bailed to attend Salisbury Magistrates Court on the 1st December 2017.


Transport - Road related offence

A36, WARMINSTER - Vehicle has been stopped, the driver has been swiped for drugs which proved positive.


Robert EMERY, 29 year old male from an address in Barnard Street, Salisbury was charged with Failing to provide a specimen, and has been bailed to attend Salisbury Magistrates Court on the 1st December 2017.

WEST KNOYLE, WARMINSTER - Suspect has removed victim's battery from car whilst parked on the drive.


Crime - Theft

BRATTON BAPTIST CHURCH, CHAPEL CLOSE, BRATTON - Suspect has stolen a bike rack from outside the church.


Crime - Burglary Residential (Shed/Garage etc)

ST. GEORGES CLOSE, WARMINSTER - SHED: Suspect has caused damage to latch in order to gain entry to a shed at the property. A bike to the value of £400 was stolen from within.

CASTLE STREET, MERE - Person(s) have forced entry to an outhouse used for general storage situated at the top of the driveway at the location. The rear door to the brick outhouse was not padlocked, it was closed with a latch which was pushed across to allow entry. A generator and gardening equipment was stolen from within.

THE SQUARE, MERE - SHOP - Suspect has broken into the store and stolen a quantity of alcohol.
