Please find below details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred over the weekend in the Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon and Melksham areas :

 

 

Trowbridge

 

Crime – Vehicle offences

BOND STREET, TROWBRIDGE - Suspects have stolen the victim’s Red/Black Yamaha 125 motorbike from a gravel pathway where he normally parks it by forcing a metal bolt into the steering lock. The suspects have then wheeled the motorbike down the gravel path to some garages. The motorbike was later recovered by the victim.

 

Crime – Arson and Criminal Damage

ST. STEPHENS PLACE, TROWBRIDGE - Suspect has scratched a vehicle parked in multi-story car park all the way down the passenger side from the rear door to the front light all the way to the metal.

 

Crime - Burglary Residential (Shed/Garage etc)

SYCAMORE GROVE, TROWBRIDGE - Suspects have broken into the victim's shed and have stolen a mountain bike.
 

 

Crime – Arson and Criminal Damage

CASTLE STREET, TROWBRIDGE - Suspect has thrown a rock through the shop window on three separate occasions, causing damage.

 

Crime – Vehicle offences

CHURCH STREET, SOUTHWICK - Suspect(s) entered the vehicle via the rear door and stolen a number of tools.

 

Transport - Road related offence

SEYMOUR ROAD, TROWBRIDGE - Vehicle stopped by Police and driver found to have no insurance held.

 

Driver issued with a Traffic Offence Report and the vehicle was seized.  

 

Crime - Burglary Residential (Dwelling)

TROWBRIDGE LODGE PARK, TROWBRIDGE - Suspect(s) have broken into the victim's house through the rear of the property. Suspect(s) have broken into a safe and taken cash and jewellery.

 

Crime - Burglary Business and Community

POLEBARN ROAD, TROWBRIDGE - Suspects have forced entry into the address by forcing a set of doors and angle grinding the padlocks. They have stolen a large amount of power tools.

 

Crime - Burglary Residential (Shed/Garage etc)

ARNOLD NOAD CORNER, SOUTHWICK - Suspect(s) have forced the padlock off a shed overnight and stolen power tools which the victim had hired.


 

Bradford on Avon

 

Crime – Vehicle offences

PIPLAR GROUND, BRADFORD ON AVON - Suspect has gained entry to the victim’s vehicle via the rear doors. A number of tools have been stolen.

OATFIELDS, STAVERTON - Suspect has smashed a large ground floor window to the victim's property.

LANCASTER ROAD, BOWERHILL, MELKSHAM - Person(s) by unknown means have smashed a single glazed window to a single storey building. No entry has been gained.

 

Crime - Burglary Residential (Shed/Garage etc)

BERKSHIRE GREEN, MELKSHAM - Suspect has gained entry to the victim's locked garden shed and stolen a disk cutter, tool box, chainsaw and flat plate.
