CRIME UPDATE (WESTBURY, WARMINSTER, TISBURY, MERE) – 24/01/19 – 28/01/19

54190007946 Crime - Burglary Business 24/01/2019 09:09   HUNTENHULL LANE, CHAPMANSLADE, (ER12) Overnight on the 23rd Jan suspect(s) have entered a stable by cutting the electric fence cable that was holding the door to. They have then performed an untidy search but have left without taking anything.
 
54190007954 Crime - Burglary Business 24/01/2019 09:25   HUNTENHULL LANE, CHAPMANSLADE, (ER12) Overnight on the 23rd Jan a  suspect has smashed all windows of a stables. Entrance has been gained through an insecure door. A messy search has taken place and stolen Horse medication: Bute, Danalon granules. 2 x shelves worth of Metformin.
 
54190008271 Crime - Drug Offence 24/01/2019 23:41   BROOK LANE, WESTBURY (EG11) At around 2340 hours on the 24th Jan officers on mobile patrol have stop checked a vehicle and had grounds to search the vehicle and diver. A quantity of suspected class A drugs and 3 x offensive weapons including a knuckle duster were seized. A male in his 40’s from  Westbury was arrested for these offences and later released RUI (Under Police Investigation).
 
54190008486 Crime – Vehicle offences 25/01/2019 14:55   LONG HOLLOW, EDINGTON, WESTBURY (EG12) Between 1345 and 1450 hours on the 25th Jan a suspect has smashed passenger window on a parked and unattended vehicle and stole handbag from within, containing keys, purse , handbag which was hidden in plastic bag under front seat.
 
54190008750 Crime – Vehicle offences 26/01/2019 10:17   WEST STREET, WARMINSTER, (ER11) Overnight on the 25th Jan suspect(s) have entered a parked and unattended vehicle that was left insecure. Suspect(s) have then stolen a large brown leather slouch handbag containing a black leather purse with £300 cash and various bank cards and various unopened mail.
 
54190008822 Crime - Theft 26/01/2019 14:55   SAND STREET, LONGBRIDGE DEVERILL, (ER12) Overnight on the 25th Jan  suspect/s have stolen 500 litres of domestic heating oil from a tank located in the garden of a property.
 
54190008870 Crime – Vehicle offences 26/01/2019 17:09   WOODCOCK INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, WARMINSTER (ER11) Between the 20th and 26th Jan suspects have stolen the front and rear number plates to a Kia Sportage XE.
 
54190009063 Crime – Vehicle offences 27/01/2019 13:25   IMBER ROAD, WARMINSTER (ER11) Overnight on the 26th Jan suspect(s) have broken into a vehicle by an unknown means, causing no damage. Suspect(s) have then stolen a Nokia mobile phone, a carrier bag containing a brand new Ralph Loren green jacket, Ralph Loren grey and blue polo shirts. The suspect(s) have then gone to the boot of the vehicle and stolen a Help for Heroes black day sack bag, containing various paperwork and a key.
 
54190009199 Crime – Vehicle offences 28/01/2019 07:46   LOWER ROAD, BRATTON (EG12) a suspect has stolen a Honda quad bike that was located outside at the side of an address. The suspect has cut through the chain which was securing the quad bike in order to steal it.
