CRIME UPDATE (WESTBURY, WARMINSTER, TISBURY, MERE) – 18/03/19 – 21/03/19

54190026772 Crime - Burglary Business 18/03/2019 15:00   FROME ROAD, MAIDEN BRADLEY, (ER12) At around 2000 hours 2 male offenders have damaged the security light on a fence by pulling it apart and throwing it down onto the ground. They have been sighted looking around the grounds and at the vehicles. Property has been stolen from a secure workshop, padlock has been ripped off. Property stolen: 2 x chainsaws.
 
54190026773 Crime –Criminal Damage 18/03/2019 15:00   A30 LUDWELL HILL LUDWELL NORTHEAST TO BROOKWATER, LUDWELL, (EB11) between the 16th-17th March offenders have cut four fences on farmland and folded the wire back for easier access.
 
54190026821 Crime - Burglary Residential (Shed/Garage) 18/03/2019 16:34   SALISBURY ROAD SOUTH TO CHARLTON LANE, CHARLTON (EB11) Between the 5th-6th March offenders have broken the lock and iron bar off an outbuilding by unknown means. Nothing was taken. Not if entry was gained.
 
54190026933 Crime - Drug Offence 18/03/2019 21:44   CHURCH STREET, MAIDEN BRADLEY (ER12) Police from A and S Force area were following a car from Bristol towards Warminster. The vehicle was stop checked and the two male occupants were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. A male in his 30’s from Warminster, and a male in his 30’s from Salisbury were later released RUI (Under Police Investigation)
 
54190026957 Crime – Criminal Damage 19/03/2019 06:32   CHILMARK, (EB11) Overnight on the 17th March offenders have cut the wire netting and pen sections which house 2000 Pheasants causing them all to escape.
 
54190026974 Crime –Criminal Damage 19/03/2019 08:17   BOREHAM FIELD, WARMINSTER (ER11) Overnight on the 18th March an offender has damaged the front near side tyre of a vehicle with a sharp implement causing a puncture whilst it was parked and unattended on driveway.
 
54190027023 Crime – Criminal Damage 19/03/2019 10:37   TOWER ROAD, KING ALFRED CARPARK, STOURTON, WARMINSTER, (EV12) Between the 15th – 19th March offenders vandalised the car parking ticket machine and destroyed it completely. The machine was out of order and no chance of money in it at the time.
 
54190027144 Crime – Criminal Damage 19/03/2019 13:23   ROCK LANE, WARMINSTER, (ER11) Overnight an offender has damaged both nearside tyres on a parked unattended vehicle with a pointed implement.
 
54190027273 Crime – Criminal Damage 19/03/2019 19:50   BOREHAM FIELD, WARMINSTER, (ER11) Overnight on the 18th March a tyre has been slashed on a parked and unattended vehicle.
 
54190027439 Crime – Arson and Criminal Damage 20/03/2019 11:26   BOREHAM FIELD, WARMINSTER, (ER11) Overnight on the 19th March an offender has slashed a tyre on a parked and unattended vehicle (same vehicle as above, possibly a targeted attack rather than random)
 
54190027536 Crime – Vehicle offences 20/03/2019 09:59   CROCKERTON, WARMINSTER (ER12) At around 0955 hours 2 male offenders have tried to gain entry to securely parked and unattended vehicle but made off when disturbed. Nothing believed stolen.
