Crimes will be listed by location under the headings of Salisbury, Alderbury (area traditionally policed from Alderbury Police Stn) and Wilton (area traditionally policed from Wilton Police Stn). 

Please find below a summary of local crimes which have been reported since Sat 6th April (Please note this is a summary, it is not possible to list all crimes due to confidentiality issues e.g. some violent offences or for domestic disputes).

 
Salisbury
 
07/04 – Burglary (over 4 day period) – Carmelite Way – offender forced entry to garage – nothing believed stolen
08/04 – Burglary (o/night) – Chiselbury Grove – offender smashed door of shed and gained entry, nothing stolen
08/04 – Criminal Damage (early hours) – The Maltings – offender slashed fabric of giant deck chair – CCTV enqs ongoing
08/04 – Criminal Damage (over 2 days) – Avon Terrace – offender gained access to yard and caused damage to 2 vehs
08/04 – Theft (approx. 1-45pm) – New Canal – offender stole purse from handbag as owner shopped
08/04 – Theft (o/night) – Woodbury Rise – offender stole 2 x bay trees in pots from doorstep
 
Alderbury community area

06/04 – Criminal Damage (o/night) – Woodfalls – offender damaged panels on bus shelter
07/04 – Theft – The Borough, Downton – offender stole roofing tiles from compound
07/04 – Theft (11am-2pm) – Moor Lane, W/Parish – offender entered yard and stole Honda Quad bike
08/04 – Theft (12- 4-30pm) – Lover – offender cut security lock and stole Ifor Williams trailer from driveway
09/04 – Theft (approx. 1230pm) – Princes Hill, Redlynch – offender stole 2 Husqvarna chainsaws whilst owner was working
10/04 – Burglary – Southampton Rd, Alderbury – offender gained entry to sheds on building site, stole 3 Stihl chainsaws
10/04 – Theft (6pm-6-30pm) – Hamptworth Rd – offender smashed window and stole sat nav from vehicle
12/04 – Theft – East Grimstead – offender stole electric fence batteries
 
Wilton community area

09/04 – Criminal Damage (o/night) – Baverstock – offender drove silver vehicle across fields causing damage and allowing cattle to escape – poaching related
