SKYLARK ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED12) Overnight on the 30th June an offender has smashed the drivers’ side window of a parked an unattended vehicle.

BOWMANS COURT, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 0215 hours on the 2nd July offenders have has set fire to a parked and unattended vehicle causing the mirror to melt. Around this time, two males are known to have run away from the area. Police appeal for any information in relation to this crime. Please call us on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

TOP LANE, WHITLEY, (ED12) At around 0300 hours on the 2nd July a male offender was disturbed while stealing Power Tools from back of a parked and unattended vehicle. The male who ran off was described as around 5’ 10” tall, lean build, wearing a blue hoody with a single stripe down the arm and a scarf round his face.

BATH ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 2045 hours a female offender has stolen an insecure push bike. The bike was later recovered nearby.

CHILDRENS PLAY PARK, DAISY CLOSE, MELKSHAM (ED11) A report at around 1744 hours that youths in the Play park were trying to set fire to equipment. Police attended, no fire was seen and no damage to the play equipment had occurred.

LOXLEY CLOSE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Overnight on the 3rd June offenders have tried to steal the picture covering the spare wheel on the back of a vehicle causing damage.

BLUEBERRY ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED12) Overnight on the 4th July an offender has used a sharp implement to scratch the bodywork of the driver’s side of a park and unattended vehicle.

CANON SQUARE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) RP Between the 17th June and 5th July an offender has stolen items from a grave. Property was a plaque a and a cast ornament of 2 hands holding a bay, a glass love heart and a solid stone heart along with 3 birthday cards.

Crime – Possession of Weapon offences

WILLIAMS CLOSE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Following a report of a disorder, Police attended an address at this location and arrested a male on suspicion of possession of a bladed article. The male was later released on bail and charged for the offence along with a Public Order offence. Elliot OZTEOMAN, 37,  of Williams Close, Melksham will appear at Salisbury Mags on the 2nd August 2019.
