BATH ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED11) An offender has scratched a parked and unattended vehicle on both sides with an unknown object causing damage to the paintwork.

BOWDEN CRESCENT, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Sometime between 1015 and 1600 hours on the 25th Sept offenders have broken the top of a garden fence by unknown means.

KING GEORGE V PARK, LOWBOURNE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 1830 hours a male was walking his dog in the park. He has put down his bag, someone on a BMX has cycled past and stole the bag which contained lots of electrical items.

KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELDS, LOWBOURNE, (ED11) At around 1600 hours an offender stole a child's scooter from the skate park. This was later recovered in the nearby area, but it has been damaged.

LOXLEY CLOSE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 1050 hours a disorder was heard in the street and an offender has kicked the fence to the side of a property causing damage to two of the slats.

HOLMELEAZE, STEEPLE ASHTON, (ED13) Sometime between the 24-26th Sept an offender has attempted to gain entry to a property. Tool marks to the front door and a small amount of damage to the edge of the door has been caused. No entry gained.

POULSHOT ROAD, POULSHOT, (ED13) Overnight on the 26th Sept an offender has punctured the tyres on a parked and unattended vehicle with an unknown object.

CRANESBILL ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Police arrested a male on suspicion of voyeurism following a report of a male trying to take images up the skirt of a female. The male in his 30’s from Melksham has been released on Police Bail pending further enquiries.

BERRYFIELD PARK, MELKSHAM, (ED12) A motor vehicle was without the owner’s consent from outside an address. Police were responding to the report of a theft of lead from a Church roof in Devizes in the early hours of the 28th Sept. 2 males were arrested on suspicion of theft at the scene. The males were using the taken vehicle. One male in his 20’s from Melksham was arrested on suspicion of theft, and taking a motor vehicle without consent. The second male was from the Salisbury area. He was later released on Police Bail pending further enquiries.

BATH ROAD, SHAW, WILTSHIRE (ED12) – Between the 26th – 28th Sept offenders have gained access to the grounds of a property and removed the padlock from a shed to gain entry and steal a John Deere ride-on lawn mower, chainsaw, Karcher pressure washer and petrol powered strimmer.

MARTI CLOSE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 2100 hours on the 29th Sept an offender has thrown a brick at a parked and unattended vehicle  which has smashed the passenger side window and causing damage to the back of the car.

SANDRIDGE ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED12) sometime on the evening of the 23rd Sept an offender has driven two nails into the rear tyres of a parked and unattended vehicle.

HAMPTON PARK WEST, MELKSHAM, (ED12) A vehicle has been parked at the location which has no tax. The vehicle has then been seized under 165 of the RTA for no tax and removed.

SEMINGTON ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Officers on patrol stop checked a vehicle in the area. The driver had no insurance. The  vehicle has been seized under section 165 of the RTA for having no insurance. the vehicle has been recovered. The driver has been reported for Road Traffic related document offences.

CHURCH LANE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 1600 hours an unknown vehicle has driven into the cast iron railings outside of a property and driven off without leaving any contact details.
