We are appealing for witnesses to an incident which happened at the County Ground car park in Swindon.

Yesterday (10/06) at approximately 3pm, four teenage boys were in the car park with their push bikes when two other boys approached the group and threatened them.  The two also attempted to take the boys' bikes.

The suspects are described as:

Male 1 - mixed race, 5ft 8ins tall, around 15-years-old and wearing a balaclava.

Male 2 - mixed race, 5ft 8ins tall, around 15-years-old, and wearing a black and white hooded jacket.

Both were also on bicycles.

Soon afterwards, two 14-year-old boys from the local area were arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery.  They were taken in to custody at Gablecross Police Station and have now been released under investigation.
PC Julieann Brown said:  "We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area of the County Ground yesterday afternoon.
"It's a busy area of town, so I believe someone would have witnessed this incident or remember seeing a group of males in this area.
"Also, if you have a dash-cam in your vehicle, you may have footage which could help our enquiries. If that is you, please come forward.
"If you can help in anyway, please contact us on 101 quoting crime reference number 54200055143."

Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
