Safe Day community event update with the Neighbourhood Policing Team

Hello Resident,

Just letting you know there was a typo on the timings for our upcoming Safe Day community event message we put out last week!

Here are the right timings for the event:

Residents have told us they’re unsure how to report crime and ask what the police are doing locally, why we don’t have more officers and how the system actually works.

To help answer these questions, we’re hosting an important Safe Day Community Event.

There will also be time for community questions. If we run out of time, you’ll be able to submit your question on a form and we’ll make sure it gets to the right organisation for a response.

This is a great opportunity for us all to understand the system better, raise concerns, and learn how we can help keep Mere safe.
