The Government is considering major reforms that could reshape policing across England and Wales, including changes to force structures, governance, funding and national oversight.

While Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Wilkinson supports reforms that improve technology, data sharing, professional standards and leadership, he believes any changes must be evidence led and focused on delivering better outcomes for the public, not simply change for change's sake.
