Please find below details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred over the last  in the 72 hours in the Bradford on Avon, Westbury and Warminster areas :
 
Bradford on Avon
 
Crime – public order
12/10/2019 19:11
KENNET AND AVON CANAL, BRADFORD ON AVON, suspects have approached the victim and have stated they will "HAVE HIM". This has caused the victim to feel alarmed.

 
Crime – theft from motor vehicle
12/10/2019 17:30
THE OLD BATCH, BRADFORD ON AVON, suspects have gained entry to the back doors of victims van tools from inside.
Property stolen was a Festool mini extractor hoover, Festool ETS 150 Sander, Festool RTS 400 Sander and  green & white storage boxes & 150 sheets of sandpaper.

 
 
Westbury 

Crime – Violence against the person

MARKET PLACE, WESTBURY, suspect has assaulted the victim by being taken to the floor and his face was stamped on. At some point during the incident victim has also lost his necklace.
 
Crime – public order

WESTBURY RAILWAY STATION, WESTBURY, a male has started disorder on the train where he has tried to assault the train staff with a bottle.
 
Jason WYNTER a 48 year old male from Trowbridge has been charged and remanded for 2X assault on an emergency worker and with a section 5 public order offence.  WYNTER is to appear before Swindon Remand Court on 14/10/19

THE BUTTS, WESTBURY, suspects have entered a residential property and taken vehicle keys from within.

GREATER LANE, EDINGTON,  A male suspect has been arrested for drink driving.
 
 
Eric MITCHELL, aged 72 years old from Edington has been charged with driving a motor vehicle above the prescribed limit and bailed to appear before South East Magistrates Court, Salisbury, on 08/11/2019

A350, WARMINSTER, A female suspect has been arrested for drink driving.
 
 
Gillian COOK, aged 28 years old from Sturminster Newton, Dorset, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle above the prescribed limit and bailed to appear before South East Magistrates Court, Salisbury, on 08/11/2019

THORNHILL ROAD, WARMINSTER,  suspects have set a vehicle alight.

 
Crime – public order
13/10/2019 22:40
WESTLEIGH, WARMINSTER,  two males have been arrested for section 5 Public Order Act offence following a report of a large disorder that has taken place.  Enquiries are ongoing.

YEATES FIELD VIEW, WARMINSTER,  a suspect has driven his vehicle into the victim's vehicle multiple times, causing damage.

Crime – burglary

BERWICK ST JOHN,  suspects have broken into the outbuilding and stolen some rugs and tack.

 
 
Crime – criminal damage
12/10/2019 22:00
CHICKLADE,  a suspect has caused criminal damage to a vehicle by setting it alight.

 
 
Mere
 
Crime – burglary
11/10/2019 03:00
SEMLEY, suspects have smashed a window to an outbuilding to gain entry and have attempted to break into a vending machine, causing considerable damage. Nothing stolen from the machine as no money left in there overnight.

THE GREEN, EAST KNOYLE,  suspects have gained access to the victim’s shed.

ANGEL LANE, MERE,   suspects  have gained entry to the cemetery  and have then smashed the windows in the old chapel, where they and have stolen various garden equipment that was stored inside.
