Crimes listed by location under the headings of Salisbury, Alderbury (area traditionally policed from Alderbury Police Station) and Wilton (area traditionally policed from Wilton Police Station).

Please find below a summary of local crimes which have been reported between Saturday 23rd November and Friday 29th November, (Please note this is a summary, it is not possible to list all crimes due to confidentiality issues e.g. some violent offences or for domestic disputes).

54190116409   23/11/2019 10:06 hours Burglary Residential, CASTLE ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown offender(s) have attempted to gain entry to the house through the patio doors. No entry gained. The green house doors forced apart and broken and an untidy search made.

54190116439   23/11/2019  12:13 hours  Criminal Damage,  ASHLEY ROAD, SALISBURY, WILTSHIRE Unknown suspect(s) have caused damage to the passenger side wing mirror of a vehicle. The glass in the wing mirror is smashed, the plastic surrounding cracked and the mirror itself is hanging off. Value of damage unknown.

54190116460   23/11/2019  13:58 hours  Criminal Damage,  ALDI STORES LTD, LONDON ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown suspect(s) have smashed the windscreen of a car by unknown means, nothing taken.

54190116549   23/11/2019 19:19 hours Criminal Damage, MIDDLETON ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown youths have lit a public bin on fire causing damage.

54190116681   24/11/2019  11:42 hours  Criminal Damage, CHURCHILL WAY WEST, SALISBURY,  Unknown suspect(s) have smashed passenger door mirror, rear light fittings, scored many panels with unknown sharp tool and caused dents in numerous body panels. Car parked in local store car park overnight. Two other cars also damaged overnight.  

54190116725   24/11/2019  14:13 hours   Criminal Damage, MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU RESTAURANT, NEW PETERSFINGER ROAD, SALISBURY,  Passenger side door has been keyed.

54190116946   25/11/2019 10:25 hours   Theft, BLUE BOAR ROW, SALISBURY, Unknown suspect(s) have stolen a purse with money in after making a withdrawal from the ATM. Upon entering the bank after the withdrawal of money, the purse was gone.

54190116982   25/11/2019  11:30 hours   Theft,  ST. PETERS PLACE, DEVIZES ROAD, Unknown suspect(s) have gone onto a building site, cut a lock off a container and stolen copper pipe from inside. Value of pipe currently unknown.

54190117046    25/11/2019 13:35 hours   Theft, MOLE COUNTRY STORES, CHURCHFIELDS ROAD, SALISBURY, 2 unknown female suspects have entered the location and were seen looking around the clothing section for some time. Both suspects have entered with an empty bag, and then seen running out of the store entrance with a full bag, no attempt to pay. Suspects seen leaving the car park in a grey Mercedes Estate.

54190117377   26/11/2019  09:34 hours  Burglary Residential,  MARLBOROUGH ROAD, SALISBURY,  Unknown suspect(s) have jumped over the wall of the back garden, pulled open the utility room window and used a metal pole to book out the door keys that were on the work surface in the utility room. They have then opened the door with the key. Unable to gain entry to the main house. Nothing disturbed or stolen. The metal poles discarded out onto the patio. Suspects possibly disturbed by the IP's dogs barking.

54190117513   26/11/2019 15:57 hours   Criminal Damage, ST PAULS CHURCH, FISHERTON STREET, SALISBURY, Unknown suspect(s) have smashed a window to a church by unknown means. It is unknown at this stage if entry gained.

54190117528   26/11/2019 16:17 hours   Criminal Damage, PUBLIC TOILETS, CHURCHILL GARDENS, SALISBURY, Unknown suspect(s) have set fire to a toilet roll in the public toilets and broken the holder off.

54190117660   27/11/2019   07:22 hours  Vehicle offences,  WHITTLE ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown person(s) have gained entry to the vehicle by unknown means and taken food items, namely chocolate bars, crisps and drinks valued at £200. The vehicle left secure with no damage.

54190117672   27/11/2019   08:11 hours   Vehicle offences, WELLINGTON WAY, SALISBURY, Unknown person(s) have removed a side window, drivers side, and panel was left on the floor. Obtained access, power tools removed.  STIHL Power Tools, Chain Saw, and Combo unit with attachments. Valued at £1500.00.

54190117925   27/11/2019 18:11 hours   Theft, FIVE RIVERS LEISURE CENTRE, HULSE ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown suspect has stolen £39 from a bag which was left in the leisure Centre locker room.

54190117952   27/11/2019 19:45 hours   Criminal Damage, HULSE ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown person have broken outer pane of a kitchen window, believed that missile has been fired from catapult from other side of towpath.

54190118070   28/11/2019   10:18 hours  Criminal Damage,  NISA LOCAL, THE CRESCENT, SALISBURY, Unknown male suspect has come back to his vehicle after using the shop and keyed down the driver’s side of a vehicle leaving a scratch across both doors. Unknown on value to repair.

54190118234   28/11/2019 14:02 hours   Theft, REGENT TAILORING, NEW STREET, SALISBURY, An unknown male suspect has stolen a wallet from the shopkeeper while in a shop.

Alderbury community area

54190116735  24/11/2019  14:44 hours  Criminal Damage,  SPIDERS ISLAND, ALDERBURY, Unknown suspect(s) have used an shaped unknown item to damage a car by scraping two lines across the boot whilst it was parked front of a house.

54190117301   26/11/2019  10:09 hours  Criminal Damage, CATHERINE CRESCENT, DOWNTON, Unknown suspect(s) have smashed the panoramic sunroof to a vehicle in an attempt to gain entry.

54190117835    27/11/2019  15:15 hours  Theft,  SALISBURY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, ODSTOCK ROAD, SALISBURY, Unknown offender has entered an unattended opened door office has stolen a purse from a rucksack which was located under the table. Miscellaneous monies and cards taken.

54190118019    28/11/2019  04:56 hours  Burglary Business and Commercial,  SALISBURY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, ODSTOCK ROAD, SALISBURY, 3-4 unknown males were seen trying to get into the brick built outbuilding with a crowbar causing unknown damage but were then challenged by staff before making off.

54190118129    28/11/2019  08:05 hours  Burglary Business and Commercial,  PORTWAY BUSINESS CENTRE, OLD SARUM, SALISBURY Unknown suspect(s) via unknown means have broken the lock and lever to a shipping container. They have gained access to temporary offices in porter cabins causing damage to the walls and plasterboard. Unknown what items taken at this time.

54190116433  23/11/2019  11:58 hours  Criminal Damage, SHAFTESBURY ROAD, WILTON, Unknown suspect(s) have used an unknown item to cause scratches along the nearside and on the bonnet.

54190117668   27/11/2019 07:58 hours   Vehicle Offences, THE HOLLOWS, WILTON, WILTSHIRE UK SP2 0JD (Loc. auth.: WILTSHIRE, BCU: EE, Section: EW, Sector: ES, Beat: EW11) A vehicle was parked on the road outside an address; unknown person(s) have smashed passenger window and reached over and stolen tools.
