Please find below details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred over the last  in the 48 hours in the Melksham area:

Transport - Drugs

SHAW PRIMARY SCHOOL, CORSHAM ROAD, SHAW, MELKSHAM, a male  was seen driving erratically and was stopped by officers.  The male was drug wipe tested and provided a positive result for cannabis.  The male was arrested and has been released under investigation.

Crime – Arson and Criminal
Damage

CORNFLOWER WAY, MELKSHAM,  a suspect has broken victim's wing mirror from her car while it was parked on the roadside overnight.

Crime - Theft

HIGH STREET, MELKSHAM, a suspect has stolen the victim’s pedal cycle which was locked to metal railings with a bike chain and key lock. The chain and key lock have also been stolen. The pedal cycle is a  black and red coloured Demont Sport Mountain bike.

HAWTHORN ROAD, MELKSHAM, a suspect has broken the wing mirror off of three vehicles in the same street.

08/01/2020 22:00 to 09/01/2020 10:00
BOWMANS COURT, MELKSHAM, suspects have damaged wall surrounding BBQ area at the location.

Crime – Robbery
11/01/2020 22:32
MELKSHAM RAILWAY STATION, a group of youths have approached the victim and they have then taken the victim’s necklace.  The necklace was returned shortly after.  Enquiries are ongoing.
