Alert message sent 27/01/2020 17:37:00

Information sent on behalf of Wiltshire Police

We are investigating the theft and attempted theft from Asda on the North Swindon Orbital Shopping Park yesterday (26/01).

An unknown man entered the store twice on the same day.

On his first visit he took nine boxes of Gordon’s Gin and left without paying.

He then returned and selected numerous items, attempted to leave without making any effort to pay but was stopped by security. He then left leaving the goods behind.

An image of a man we would like to speak to in relation to this is in this link. He’s described as having a dark beard, wearing a body warmer, black cap and puffa jacket.

If you recognise him please contact us on 101 quoting crime reference number 54200008929. You can also report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
