KINGSBURY SQUARE, MELKSHAM (ED11) On Tuesday 21st April an offender  has approached the victims pedal cycle, which was unattended but locked,  and stolen it.

Transport – Road Related Offence
23/04/2020 18:21
CHURCH STREET, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Officers on patrol carried out a check on a vehicle. The driver as found to have no driving licence, no insurance. The vehicle seized s.165 of the RTA. The driver has been reported for summons in relation to all the offences listed.

OLD BROUGHTON ROAD, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Between the hours of 1200 on 23rd April to 24th April 2020 at 0535 hours, an offender has taken the victim’s motorbike which was parked unattended on the road outside the victim’s house.  Enquiries are ongoing.

CATALINA COURT, MELKSHAM, (ED12) Officers were on patrol and saw a male in a parked vehicle.  The male was drug swiped and this test proved positive.  The male was cautioned.

BOWERHILL, MELKSHAM (ED12) Officers on patrol carried out a check on a vehicle. The driver as found to have no driving licence, no insurance and no Tax. The vehicle seized s.165 of the RTA. The driver has been reported for summons in relation to all the offences listed.

LITTLETON GREEN, (ED13) A group of approximately 10 youths have been walking past the victim’s address and have coughed and spat towards the victim.  Enquiries are on-going.

Crime- vehicle offences

SUNDERLAND CLOSE, MELKSHAM, (ED12) Between the hours of 20/04/2020 23:00 to 21/04/2020 08:00 offenders have pushed the victim's motorbike 100 yards up the road where they have then ripped off the seat and attempted to hot wire it.  On failing to do this they have then dumped the motorcycle.
