Witness appeal: Criminal Damage

This happened on 15/06/2020 between 16:00hrs and 16:26hrs in Bowood View, Calne.

A member of an unknown group of youths has thrown dog faeces at the front door of a property.

If you have any information which may assist us with our enquiries in relation to this crime, please contact Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting the crime reference number: 54200057016.

Please can you ask for the information to be passed to PCSO 6080 Mark Cook of the Calne Neighbourhood Police Team.

Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

PCSO Mark Cook says “This was a particularly upsetting and distressing incident for the elderly residents involved. Photographs have been given to us which capture a group we would like to speak to in regards to this matter.

"Due some of the faces not being visible, Calne CCTV have been tasked to search their footage for more usable images. Any further images will be published once obtained. If you recognise the youths in the photographs, please do not comment on this page, but pass your information via 101 or private message.

“Any behaviour of this nature will be investigated fully, and in line with the victims wishes formal action will be taken.”
