PENLEIGH PARK - 13-14 unknown teenagers have been swearing, smoking and shouting abuse in front of families in the skate park.

PENLEIGH PARK - 3 youths have been seen in the local play park with their dog. Dog has been urinating on the equipment. When challenged by the reporting person the youths have become abusive calling the reporting person and his colleagues 'Nonce'
