Witness appeal following single vehicle collision

Alert message sent 19/04/2021 10:31:00

Information sent on behalf of Wiltshire Police

We're appealing for witnesses after a vehicle failed to stop following a collision with a garden wall and parked car.

We were called to a report of the collision at approximately 10.30pm on Wednesday 14 April, on Orchard Leaze Lye Common, Christian Malford.

It's believed a green Land Rover Discovery collided with the wall and parked car but then immediately drove off turning left towards Foxham.

PC Sue McCartney said:  "We are especially keen to speak to the driver of an Audi A3 who was seen in this area immediately after the collision and, we believe, would have seen what happened.  If that is you, please come forward.
"We'd also like to speak to anyone who was in the area or on the road to Foxham at about this time and who may have seen a vehicle with noticeable damage to its front grill and lights."

Please contact us on 101 quoting crime reference number 54210034836.
