WESTBURY ROAD – Reporting person has received 2 separate letters from someone who appears to be the council, advising reporting person owes over £3000 for carers. After making enquires reporting person has then received a letter advising there has been an error. Reporting person concerned someone one is targeting elderly people in to paying bills for carers when they shouldn't.
