WARMINSTER POLICE – 20 September 2021 11:47

A drug dealer who had more than £6,000 worth of illegal drugs seized from his home in Warminster has been jailed for more than four years.
Police stopped Mitchell Grant, 42, in his white Audi in December 2019 while he was driving on Highbury Park, Warminster, as they had suspicions about the vehicle being involved in the local supply of drugs.
They also searched his home address in Woodcock Road, and seized a total of £7,985 in cash, as well as a quantity of cocaine and cannabis with a combined street value of £6,310.

GOODWIN CLOSE – Reporting person states an unknown male suspect presented himself at the property stating he was from Octopus Energy, demanding payment of £1600 for an unpaid electricity bill. The reporting person queried this as they have never been with that supplier, and the male eventually left in his van with no further confrontation.

WOODCOCK ROAD - Male suspect has been driving a motor vehicle on the public highway whilst under the influence of alcohol.

CHAPEL STREET - Unknown suspect via unknown means have gained access to the IPs vehicle. The suspect has carried out a messy search through the vehicle and appears to have taken a ring that was inside the vehicle. It is unknown if the suspect has taken anything else from the vehicle at this time.

STREET RECORD A36 THOULSTONE - Over the past few weeks there have been a number of thefts of Vans and horse trailers from the Salisbury area and Warminster area.
