V001 has pulled into a car park and hit V002 causing damage and has failed to leave or exchange details. Aggrieved person has video footage.

HINDON LANE - Online RTC Report
i was sat inside cottage. The witness, came and knocked on the door and said he just saw and heard someone hit my car and left the scene. we went outside to see the damage and the lady who hit me was nowhere to be seen. the woman drove back and admitted fault. the witness said he could smell alcohol on her breath. Large dent to rear right side of RP's car, scratches and paint has been scrapped off, rear lower right light hit and hanging off. The offending driver is described as having brown hair, wrinkled/grey/eyes, my witness said he could smell alcohol on her breath, she was wearing a yellow top and grey cardigan. she was around 40 years old. Damage to fuel cap area.
