MERE - known neighbours are making snide comments when Aggrieved person and his partner wall into the communal area on a regularly basis. Today they were talking about the freezing cold whilst Aggrieved person was walking past, they said "I'll light a fire in their flat, it will be warmer" and the other one said "I'll go and get the petrol and give you a hand" causing the Aggrieved person upset as his children were with him.
