WESTBURY – Aggrieved person and unknown male have had a verbal argument about parking. The male has blocked Aggrieved person off her drive and took a dislike to her when she asked him to move. The male called the Aggrieved person a 'stupid cow' and said he can park where he wants. He then moved his vehicle and got back in his car and eventually left.
