Update of Crimes/Incidents throughout Wiltshire affecting Farms, Horse owners, Yards and Rural areas.

IP reporting that unknown suspect/s have stolen a chainsaw from an open shed/barn while a member of staff had left the building for 10 minutes a chainsaw has been stolen.

Unknown suspect has accessed a farm and gained entry to some farm buildings. The suspect has made off with a battery-operated chainsaw valuing £600.

Unknown suspect has forced entry to a number of outbuildings, Suspect has stolen a motorbike, e- bikes and a helmet.

IP has checked her electric tape on her farm and her energiser battery has been stolen. IP suspects there may have been some hare coursing as there are a lot of hares about at the moment. There is no evidence of this.

Unknown suspects have been hare coursing on the IP's land, They have Cut the Padlocks on the IP's gates to enter the land and driven through one of his barbed wired fences while driving around.

Unknown suspect has gained entry to the IP's outbuilding by forcing the lock. Once inside, the suspect has proceeded to steal a petrol hedge cutter which values at around £1000.

OP GALILEO. Unknown male suspects have been witnessed by the IP to be hare coursing on his land. The suspects have seen that the IP has saw them and have ran off. The suspects have caused unknown damage to the IP's land with their vehicle.

Unknown suspect(s) have cut tails off of two horses that belongs to RP. RP states that it was in order to mark them. Today RP witnessed a car driving into her field and while noticed her the vehicle turned around and drove into wooded area. It is not confirmed if this is connected to the above incident.

Unknown suspect(s) have used unknown means to saw through the padlock and lock mechanism in order to gain entry to the IP’s outbuilding. Once inside the suspect(s) appear to have had a look around the garage and have left the chest freezer door open. Nothing appears to have been stolen at this time.  PROPERTY: Lock/padlock sawn off, price or repair/replacement £40-£50.

Unknown suspect has broken the IP's chains securing his gate by unknown means. They have then driven all over his land - possibly hare coursing, which have left tyre marks everywhere.
