Please accept my apologies that there have not been any reports in the last couple of weeks, due to being on leave.
Please find below details relating to the Community Impactive Crimes that have occurred between Monday 18th April and Sunday 24th April in the Trowbridge area.
Criminal Damage 24/04/2022       
Clarks Place - Motorcycle pushed over, causing damage. 
Theft                    24/04/2022       
Orchard Road - Bicycle stolen whilst on a bike rack on the back of a vehicle.
At home, lock bicycles and motorcycles in a secure garage or shed if you have one, using a good quality U-lock or chain and padlock to a ground anchor.
Mark your bicycle frame with your postcode in two separate locations if possible, one of which should be hidden.
Register your bicycle for free with www.immobilise.com . This will help police to find it if it gets stolen. The immobilise website also has some useful tips about bike security.
Take a photograph of your bicycle and keep it with the insurance details.
Make a note of the make, model and serial number.
Drugs                  20/04/2022       
Charlotte Square - Known female youth found in possession of Cannabis.
Transport           20/04/2022       
Frome Road - Vehicle stopped and driver provided a positive drugs wipe.
A 34 year old male from the Trowbridge area has been arrested and released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Transport           22/04/2022       
Bradley Road - Vehicle stopped and driver was using vehicle for purpose it was not insured for. Vehicle seized.
Criminal Damage 23/04/2022       
Town Centre - Unknown persons have caused damage to 2 x tents used by homeless males.
Transport           24/04/2022       
Bradley Road - Vehicle stopped and driver found to have no insurance. Vehicle seized.
Criminal Damage 24/04/2022       
Skipton Walk - Three known suspects have caused damage to a property.
A 15 and 16 year old female from the Bath area, and a 15 year old female from Westbury have been arrested on suspicion of Criminal Damage and have been released on condition bail pending further enquiries.
The 15 year old female from Bath was also arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, which occurred during her initial arrest.
Transport           24/04/2022       
West Ashton Road - Vehicle stopped and driver subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
Aarron WORDLEY, from the Trowbridge area has been charged with Driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit. He has been bailed to appear before Salisbury Magistrates Court on the 10th May.
Please note that whilst there have been other community impactive incidents that have occurred, I have not mentioned these as they have either already been reported separately by Trowbridge Police via the media or we are unable to provide details due to ongoing investigations.
