Crime - Burglary Business

POULSHOT ROAD, POULSHOT, (ED13) Overnight on the 31st Aug offenders have entered a workshop whilst it was unlocked and have stolen a Stihl strimmer, hedge trimmer extension, extension bar and chainsaw extension.

ASDA, WESTERN WAY, MELKSHAM, (ED11) A Female in her 20’s from Devizes who had been handling stolen bikinis from ADSA back on the 27th July has been dealt with by way of an Adult Caution.

Crime – Arson and Criminal Damage

DORSET CRESCENT, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Between the 7th-10th Sept an offender has  caused damage to a downstairs bathroom window by throwing a stone or using a pellet gun which has made a small hole and caused the glass to shatter.

Crime – Public Order offences

SANGSTER AVENUE, MELKSHAM, WILTSHIRE UK SN12 7PL (ED11) Police were called to a disturbance at the location and arrested a female on suspicion of Public Order Offences. The female, in her 20’s from Melksham was later released RUI (under Police Investigation)

CHURCHILL AVENUE, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Overnight on the 10th Sept an offender has scratched the bodywork of a parked and unattended vehicle with a sharp implement.

THE FRIARS, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Overnight on the 11th Sept offenders have entered the garden to a property and stolen a lawn mower and strimmer.

EDINGTON ROAD, STEEPLE ASHTON, (ED13) Overnight on the 12th Sept offenders have gain access to a property via a nearby field, damaging a fence and have stolen a caravan. A 2011 Swift conqueror in Silver and White.

BANK STREET, MELKSHAM, (ED11) Overnight on the 13th Sept an offender has smashed the window to a premises with unknown means.

CAR PARK, CHURCH STREET, MELKSHAM, (ED11) At around 1300 hours on the 15th Sept an offender has stolen a bicycle whilst it was left unattended.

Crime – Vehicle offences

MURRAY WALK, MELKSHAM, (ED11) An offender has used an object like a crowbar to attempt to prise open the driver's door of a parked and unattended car. The rear passenger window has also been shattered. No entry gained.
